The Lanzas De Fuego Adventure Lodge is a surf lodge tucked away in the forested hillsides of Pavones. Away from the hustle and bustle of town, but still, with great access to the Pavones point, the beach is only a ten-minute walk away! Lanzas de Fuego offers the ultimate surf adventure in the paradise that is Pavones. They have comfortable accommodation, amazing views, awesome wildlife viewing and delicious local cuisine.
At Lanzas De Fuego, Captain Rainy Venter and his crew are dedicated to giving you the surf adventure of a lifetime. They provide guided tours to some great surf spots in the area, by land and sea. Native to South Africa, Rainy brings the typical safari truck to Pavones. The safari style Toyota Hilux 4×4 is unique in Pavones and adds a special charm to your adventure vacation! As an international boat captain, Rainy is a top notch professional.
He transports his clients by the sea in a 25 ft custom boat with an 115 hp Suzuki outboard, equipped with VHF, GPS, and all necessary safety gear. With their in-house boat, right-hand waves are just a beautiful boat trip away across the Golfo Dulce in Matapalo.
Lanzas de Fuego accommodates eight guests in three buildings. All accommodations are equipped with hot water, air-conditioning, private bathrooms, kitchenettes and breathtaking views of the Golfo Dulce and wildlife. The lodge has an amazing two story thatch roof rancho with an expansive sun deck and fantastic fire pit. Here guests can meet and mingle, enjoy group meals and have a drink at the fully stocked bar. The second story is perfect for yoga or sitting about!
Lanzas de Fuego specializes in all-inclusive packages for groups. Their Surf Adventure Package includes transportation from and to the Golfito airport, professional bilingual guides, transport in their unique safari truck to local surf breaks, transport by boat with their in-house captain to Matapalo, accommodation with hot water and air conditioning, home cooked meals, laundry service, and wireless internet.
It is their mission to ensure the stoke and happiness of every guest. They only book up to eight guests at a time. When enjoying local surf breaks and other tours, they split into groups of four so as not to inundate surf breaks.
