La Perla Hotel is locally owned and managed and located in the heart of downtown Pavones on “Cabinas Row.” This hotel is 50 meters from the Pavones break and is secure, as the multi-generational Costa Rican family that manages the hotel lives next door.

They have six separate air-conditioned units, each with a private bath with the option of hot or cold water showers. Each room has one queen bed and one single bed.

The rooms also include fans, lockable closets, coffee makers and refrigerators. The nightly price is $60 a night, based on double occupancy. They charge $10 more for each additional person.
