Ok, here´s a little about myself, born and raised in San Diego, California, I worked as an award-winning professional Realtor associate with Prudential California Realty La Jolla for 13 years before going out on my own.

I have done well over 100 real estate transactions, so saying that I have seen a lot different, interesting things in my career as a Realtor.

From an early age I loved to surf, so naturally, I ended up living and working in the La Jolla area of San Diego and surfing the La Jolla reef breaks a lot… Did I say I liked to surf?

After putting in about 18 years as a professional Realtor, I decided to pack everything up and load my Honda Element to the gills and drive down to Costa Rica… A good friend, four surfboards, one fishing kayak on top, and two mountain bikes hanging off the back of my trusty Honda Element. Tally Ho!

Not for the faint of heart, let me tell you… I spent 2 months in Mexico surfing a great left point break named Rio Nexpa, after that, with stopping at a few different spots in between, five countries later, I finally made it down to Costa Rica.

So I like to surf, kayak fish, and mountain biking, but most of the time you’ll see me surfing on my blue Al Merrik M-13. You’ll also find me riding my Specialized Stumpjumper Full Suspension mountain bike down the road, usually from La Hierba along the ocean to Punta Banco and back…Wave or flag me´ down and say hi! I love to talk to you! 🙂

After doing my research on the different areas,  I made the decision to go to the end of the road and buy a piece of land and build my own home. So I do have experience building and after 5 years of living down here, I have a feel for the real estate market and the red flags that could come up in a real estate purchase transaction. So now I am helping and consulting with out of area Buyers and land and homeowners here in Pavones, on their quest to buy and sell a property.
