Cabinas Maureen is locally owned and managed and located in downtown Pavones, meters from the beach.  They offer a range of rooms, from budget shared room hostal accommodations, private rooms with bathrooms, and luxury beachfront micro-apartments.  The hostal is located on the second floor with a basic kitchen and shared showers and bathrooms.  These colorful accommodations are perfect for any budget traveller wanting to be in the Pavones mix! Rates for the hostal rooms are $15 per person.  There are two private rooms located in the back of the building, each with a private bathroom.  These rooms are $60 a night and can sleep up to six people.  In the front of the building, facing the beach, there are three luxury micro-apartments.  These apartments have three private rooms, two of which are lofts big enough to fit a bed.  Each apartment has a full bathroom with hot water, a kitchenette, the option of air conditioning, and an open aired sitting space overlooking the Pavones bustle and beach.  The luxury apartments rent for $125 a night and sleep 4-5 people, depending on the apartment.  Contact Alexis Mendoza (+506) 2776-2002.
